Young entrepreneur John Sibson has launched a new business called Copplestones Bridal Basement selling bridal dresses at remarkably low prices of between £99 and £249.
The business is modelled on the famous Filene’s Bridal Sale which takes place in America every six months where brides-to-be queue up through the night to get first choice from a huge collection of sale dresses, often referred to as "The Running of the Brides".
Copplestones source their dresses from designers throughout the country, and bridal salons and boutiques. They are last season’s collections and cancelled orders and as a result prices are up to 90pc off.
The orginal retailers tag are left on the dress to show the savings and include designer gowns such as Amanda Wyatt, Phil Collins, Eddie K, Impressions, Raylia and many more.
